Abstract: This research presents design, experiment and development of longest-match based Stemmer for Wolaita texts. The objective of this paper is to conflate the variants of Wolaita text words into its stem with better accuracy, using Longest-Match based approach. To help the researcher how to compile the possible combination of suffixes, the deep analysis of Wolaita word morphology has been made. For data preprocess and implementation, C# programming language is used. After preprocessing, 12789 unique words are reserved to experiment this research. Out of these unique words, 1200 words are randomly selected earlier and kept separate for testing purpose. Then the developed stemmer was tested using Paice’s actual error counting method. The output on that test dataset has showed 91.84% accuracy over actual manually stemmed words. The obtained result shows that the rule based longest match approach is promising for stemming Wolaita language texts.

Abstract: The concept of moving target defense (MTD) is an excellent solution proposed in USA to make the defender become dominant player while the defender is the disadvantage one in the game of defender and attacker. Focus on summarized the attack surface characteristic and functional connotation of moving target defense, according to the hierarchy in the execution stack, this paper classified and analyzed current moving target defense technologies into four categories, such as dynamic communication network, dynamic communication run-time environment, dynamic communication data and dynamic communication application, described the theory of every mechanism in each category, summarized the advantages and disadvantages of each mechanism. On the basis of the study of current mechanisms of moving target defense technologies, this paper designed a moving target defense system based on terminal information hopping and analyzed its anti-attack performance. The experiment result proven that system can effectively increase the time consumption and complexity of successful attack, and decrease successful attack rate by continually shifting the attack surface, our design greatly improved the strength of inactive defense. This study can provide the theoretical guidance for the design and implementation of muti-mechanisms moving target defense systems.

Abstract: As a big data technological innovation emerges due to man's continuous use of data, it has prompted an immediate attention that will provide necessary solutions to cope with the current trend of data usability. Universities and colleges process large datasets in trillions of bytes to the extent that the traditional filling system can no longer handle them. Having thousands of students’ dissertations to process will be huge problem using the traditional filling system that requires large physical storage space with lots of inconsistencies, when it comes to processing, analyzing and archiving records is a big challenge, especially checking for plagiarism. Therefore, this research is designed to eliminate the challenges posed by the traditional platform that incurs huge amount of money and time. The proposed scheme is known as “IAMTECH Dissertation Database Management Platform” which is currently in use at the testing stage as an effective solution for proper record keeping and retrieval with minimal cost. The system has proved effective and efficient as compared to the old system. New functionalities are required to be included in the new system in the near future as the need arises due to intensive advancement in the information and data usage.

Abstract: With the rapid development of big data technology, its application has become more and more extensive. The application of big data technology in intelligent transportation systems is the best way to solve traffic congestion in big cities. The paper analyses in detail the main causes of traffic congestion in big cities and the classification and evaluation of traffic congestion. Utilizing the Internet of Things and modern communication technologies, large-scale traffic data and related data based on GPS are acquired, and data analysis is carried out to construct a traffic prediction vehicle prediction model. The forecasting model is used to predict the traffic flow in each direction of traffic intersections at a certain time, predict the possibility of congestion at a certain time at a certain intersection, the traffic flow and congestion probability of a certain section at a certain time, and the travel trajectory and travel habit forecast of pedestrians. At the same time, consider the impact of non-motorized vehicles and pedestrians on traffic congestion. Use forecasting results and real-time traffic information monitoring to solve traffic congestion problems. Combined with traffic control and optimization strategy control for traffic collaborative management, it provides valuable reference for decision-making in metropolitan traffic congestion solutions.
