The result showed that the highest satisfactions were the morality, ethics, diligence, honesty, patience, and professional skills ( ). It was followed by the creative thinking and acquiring knowledge ( ). It was followed by the creative thinking and acquiring knowledge ( ). Then, the satisfaction on the knowledge application to develop their local was at the least level ( ). Then, the satisfaction on the knowledge application to develop their local was at the least level ( ). However, when the means of satisfaction of graduates for the desirable qualifications were compared as topic level, it was found that the p-value was 0.041, which was less than the statistical significance level that was set at 0.05. Therefore, the differences in each topic of desirable characteristics of graduates affected the satisfaction level of desirable characteristics of graduates of the faculty of Industrial Technology. The faculty of Industrial Technology had to develop the desirable characteristics of graduates by applying the knowledge to develop their own local. Because of this, the employers will be satisfied by the graduates’ desirable characteristics who graduated in the bachelor’s degree from the faculty of Industrial Technology, Buriram Rajabhat University.

Abstract: The emerging needs of private basic education schools have been the issue of the school administrators in terms of development. The schools always embrace the new paradigm of teaching and learning for the betterment of the students and the school as well. Along the management of the school are the situations and problems that are crucial to the development. Hence, this study aimed to determine the descriptions and problems of the sampled private basic education schools as bases in preparing a five-year continuing development program. Descriptive-comparative method of research was utilized to obtain the information needed in this study. Mann Whitney U-test was also used to determine the difference of the responses of the administrators and teachers. Interviews were conducted to substantiate the information needed and to further validate the variables mentioned in the questionnaire-checklist. A questionnaire-checklist was used to obtain the data and findings describing the private basic education schools in terms of administration, curriculum, faculty, goals and objectives, student personnel services, library, human and physical resources, laboratory, and SOCI (Social Orientation and Community Involvement). Likewise, it was also through the questionnaire-checklist that the problems encountered by the respondents were assessed. These encountered problems were on enrollment, faculty, facilities, library resources, linkages, Social Orientation and Community Involvement, instructional materials, NAT (National Achievement Test) performance, and accreditation preparation. Hence, the offered solutions on the cited problems were also assessed. These teacher and administrator-respondents aspired to produce excellent students and build a strong foundation of basic education schools that would be globally competitive in all areas of learning and operations. Hence, a Five-year Continuing Development Program was prepared and hereby recommended.

Abstract: Information Technology has penetrated nearly all aspects of our daily lives such that relationships associated with individuals and organizations are digitally enabled and mediated. Advances in IT have led to changes in the way religious worship has traditionally been done, ushering in a new age of worship that is augmented by or anchored on a digital platform. The paper aimed at investigating societal implications of IT use in religion and to better understand the ways in which IT affects modernization of religion in developing countries. The objectives of the paper were to establish the types of IT applications being used in religion, the co-existence of IT and religious tradition and how use of IT affects the future of religion. The study was conducted through a desk search. The paper concludes that religion and technology have had some form of inter dependence on one another, and therefore for modernization of religion IT will increasingly play an important role. Religion must adopt ways to utilize IT positively while shunning negative aspects that IT can be used for in religion such as propagation of fundamentalism and extremism through IT.

In the paper, to begin with, the author introduces the background and purpose of this paper. Next, the author studies and analyzes the related theories of Constructivism and Krashen’s Input Hypothesis. Then, this paper analyzes the problems of classroom questioning, including distribution of questions, lack of wait-time and corresponding feedbacks. And then the author put forward the following strategies for English classroom questioning, including preparing questions before questioning, controlling while questioning and giving feedbacks after questioning. Lastly, this paper gives four suggestions to English teachers for the effective classroom questioning: firstly, teachers should ask more diverse and reference questions. Secondly, teachers should control waiting time according to specific circumstances. Thirdly, teachers should encourage all students to answer questions actively. Fourthly, teachers should give feedbacks after students’ answering.

Abstract: Music is concerned with the physical and emotional wellbeing of any human being. Listening to pleasant music in the background while doing an arduous task can make it seem so much easier, or in some cases, music may not increase positive attitude, but will ease the strain of an activity. This study assessed whether music blended teaching helps the learners who face difficulties while learning mathematics. The sample consisted of 42 students identified with mathematics learning disability. The experimental group was taught mathematics with violin instrumental music played in the background of the Mathematics classroom. The control group was taught through conventional teaching. The treatment lasted for 44 days, 45 minutes per day. For collection of relevant data, the investigator used two standardised tools namely, Coloured Progressive Matrices (CPM) and PrWi’s Mathematical Ability Test (PMAT). The self-made tools were: Mathematics Achievement Test (MAT), Scale on Interest in Mathematics (SIM) and Mathematics test Anxiety Scale (MAS). The pre and post-test analyses disclosed that the experimental group students exhibit lesser mathematics test anxiety in the post-test than the pre-test. In the gain scores it was found that both the control and experimental groups did not show any difference in the achievement, interest and anxiety scores in mathematics. In delayed post-test, the experimental group showed better performance in the learning objective - knowledge than the control group. Also the experimental group students with high level intelligence exhibited better scores in the learning objective – knowledge than the counter parts in control group. No significant difference was found in the delayed post-test in interest and anxiety of both the control and experimental groups. It is also true with regard to the level of intelligence.

Abstract: The aim of the present research is to explore teachers' perceptions about the effective strategies for addressing children's depression in school context, as well as the appropriate preventive counseling interventions within school context. The sample of this research study was 116 teachers of primary education. Data were collected by a questionnaire that was based on previous research. The findings show that teachers regard that supporting children, a positive interpersonal relationship with these children, a positive climate in the classroom, cooperation with parents and mental health professionals are among the effective strategies. In relation to the appropriate preventive counseling interventions, they argue that the implementation of socio-emotional programs by teachers in cooperation with mental health professionals, as well as the delivery of mental health prevention programs to all children by mental health specialists are effective strategies. Research findings may be utilized for designing teacher training and professional development programs aiming at supporting children with depression and mental health promotion.
